SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 48 hours
  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the customers preferred email once their order has shipped
  • Once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled

Standard Shipping

  • All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Delivery for most orders arrive within 3-7 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax is applied)

APO/FPO Locations

  • Orders will be shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Delivery times vary greatly depending on the final destination
  • US locations may take 10 – 14 days, while overseas locations may take up to 30-45 days to deliver

International Shipping
At the present time, Joy at Journey’s End only ships to the 50 United States. (This does not apply to military addresses).  We hope to provide products to international customers in the near future.

Damaged Shipping
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify customer service via email at hello@jjeorganics.com.  Make sure to provide the order date, order number, and tracking number in your email.


RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers may return any unopened products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • To return an item, please email us at hello@jjeorganics.com with ‘Refund Request’ in the subject line and your name and order # in the body of the email. We will send you instructions on our return process
  • We only accept refund requests for products purchased directly from our website by the person whom made the original purchase.  Items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser
  • Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 15 business days from the day you receive your email confirmation stating we received your item(s) for the refund to appear on your credit card account
  • Please note we do not refund or reimburse for shipping fees. The refund amount will only be for the item(s) itself and any applicable taxes

Returns Lost in Transit
We are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.  It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Cancelled Orders
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
-Item(s) not available
-Difficulty in processing payment information
-Cannot ship to address provided
-Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
